TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E77 OF 2025 By (1) Esther Wamuyu Mwangi and (2) Loise Nyambura Moses, both of P.O. Box 3, Ol Kalou in Kenya, the deceased’s daughters, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mariano Wairimu Mwangi alias Marioni Wairimu Mwangi, who died at Nyandarua, on 8th December, 2012. CAUSE NO. E84 OF 2025 By Alice Wangari Kuria, the deceased’s daughter-in-law, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Charles Njoroge Munyambu, who died at J. M. Kariuki Hospital in Kenya, on 11th November, 2023. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
