TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E91 OF 2025 By (1) Caroline Wanjiru Njoroge and (2) Nancy Nyokabi Njoroge, both of P.O. Box 51, Miharati in Kenya, the deceased’s widow and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Alex Njoroge Gachomba alias Alex Njoroge Gachomba wa Njeri alias Alex Njoroge Gachomba Wanjeri, who died at A.I.C., Kijabe Hospital in Kenya, on 5th March, 2025. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
