E18 OF 2025 By (1) Janet Nduku Nguku and (2) Charles Nathan Namale Anyanga, the deceased’s widow and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Paul Namale Wanyanga, who died at Lifecare Hospital in Kenya in 2024. CAUSE NO. E166 OF 2025 By (1) Jenipher Asami Omolo and (2) Daniel Oundo Olewe, the deceased’s daughter-in-law and grandson, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of William Odenyo Omolo, who died at Dudi, on 26th August, 2012. CAUSE NO. E206 OF 2025 By (1) Habily Omusebe Omira and (2) Joseph Kangu Ashimara, the deceased’s brother and nephew, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Wangulu Omumira alias Rajab Angulu Omira, who died at Shianda in 1997. E208 OF 2025 By (1) Frallystone Ngamia Omusula and (2) Dennis Livingston Omusula and (3) Joseph Amukhoye Omusula, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Elsham Musula Amkhoye alias Omusula Amukhoya alias Elesham Musula Amukhoye, who died on 4th January, 2000. CAUSE NO. E212 OF 2025 By Boniface Andale Okonda, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Festus Okonda Amboka alias Okonda Amboka, who died at Butere County Hospital in Kenya, on 10th November, 2019.
