CAUSE NO. E102 OF 2025 By Livingstone Odiala, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Athali Matukho Nicola alias Atsali Matukhu, who died at Emaholia, on 7th July, 1997. CAUSE NO. E151 OF 2025 By Kevin Amakobe Eshikumo, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Musungu Omuchenya, who died at Eshirombe, on 18th December, 2012. CAUSE NO. E189 OF 2025 By James Robberts Shisya Wameyo, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ameyo Muchenya alias Julius Ameyo Omuchenya, who died at District Hospital, Butere in Kenya in 2004.
