TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E8 OF 2025 By Kotut Masai Jacob, of P.O. Box 114, Cheptais in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Samburmo Kotuti, who died at Chemondi, on 1st May, 1975. CAUSE NO. E35 OF 2025 By (1) Francis Kasuswa Ndiwa and (2) Eliud Kwempoyi Kasuswa, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of James Wandiema Ndiwa alias Wandiema Kasuswa, who died at Kipsoen, on 7th July, 1987. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
