E228 OF 2024 By Alice Adongo Ochieng, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of William Jack Ochollah alias William Jack Ocholla, who died at Umoja, on 26th May, 2011. CAUSE NO. E294 OF 2024 By David Ochieng Odhiambo, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Alex Odhiambo Otwak, who died at Nyadenda Sub-location, on 4th December, 1999. CAUSE NO. E176 OF 2025 By Michael Otieno Ombee, the deceased’s widower, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Caren Auma Otieno, who died at Ndoro, Gem, on 19th November, 2024. CAUSE NO. E187 OF 2025 By Mourice Ogambi Kidew, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mathayo Kidew Mikwa, who died at Barkowino, Bondo, on 4th April, 1977. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
