TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E75 OF 2025 By Mercy Jerotich Kipngok, of P.O. Box 54–20105, Mogotio in Kenya, the deceased’s granddaughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kapkel Chebet alias Kipkell arap Chebet alias Kipkel Chebet, who died at Mugurin, on 21st September, 2009. CAUSE NO. E91 OF 2025 By (1) Solomon Magiche Chelagat and (2) Emily Sote Koech, both of P.O. Box 16–20105, Mogotio in Kenya, the deceased’s son and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Coliti arap Cheruiyot alias Soliti Cheruiyot, who died at Koitumet Sub-location, on 19th September, 2019. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
