APPOINTMENT
IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by Rule 6 (1) of the
Insurance (Insurance Appeals Tribunal) Rules, 2013, the Cabinet
Secretary for the National Treasury re-appoints—
BERNARD KANYAGO GITANGI
to be the Secretary of the Insurance Appeals Tribunal, for a period of
three (3) years with effect from 17th January, 2025.
