APPOINTMENT

IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by section 36 (1) of the Universities Act, as read together with section 51 (1) of the Interpretation and General Provisions Act, the Cabinet Secretary for Education appoints— Under paragraph (a)— Noah Midamba (Prof.); Under paragraph (d)— Ronald Wasike (Prof.); Mercy Nyambura Kanyara (Dr.); Edward Sambili (Dr.); Anne Weceke Makori; to be Chairperson and Members, respectively of the Council of Moi University, for a period of three (3) years, with effect from the 17th January, 2025. The appointments of *Dr. Humphrey Kimani Njuguna, *Clara Samiji Momanyi (Prof.), *Christopher Khaemba,** Eusilah Jepkosgei Ngeny and ***Susan Amlango Aletia are revoked. Dated the 17th January, 2025.
