REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Paul Carolus Ofwana, of P.O. Box 85436, Mombasa in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land known as plot No. Mombasa/Ziwa la Ngoombe/1760, situate in Mombasa Municipality in the Mombasas District, registered as CF. 42442, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said certificate of title has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a provisional certificate of ltitle provided that no objection has been received within that period.
