THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Joseph Chege Mugo, is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land containing 0.604 hectare or thereabouts, situate in the district of Nakuru, registered under title No. Subukia/Subukia Block 13/1550, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the land register of the said piece of land is lost/destroyed, and whereas all efforts made to locate the said land register have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, provided that no objection has been received within that period, I intend to proceed with the reconstruction of the land register under section 33 (5) of the Act.
