THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Michael Samuel Ndungu, of P.O. Box 90254, Mombasa in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor in freehold ownership interest of all that piece of land containing 0.0695 hectare or thereabouts, known as subdivision No. 2175/III/MN, situate in the north of Mtwapa Creek in Kilifi District registered as C.R. 27259, and whereas KCB Bank Limited (formerly Kenya Commercial Bank Limited), has executed a discharge of charge in favour of the chargor, Michael Samuel Ndungu for KSh. 450,000, notice is given that after the expiration of fourteen (14) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I shall dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed to register the said instrument of discharge of charge under the Act.
