NOTICE is issued pursuant to the provisions of the Disposal of Uncollected Goods Act (Cap. 38) of the laws of Kenya, to the owner of motor vehicles which are lying at Motor Lab Auto Center Limited to take delivery of the said motor vehicles within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice, upon payment of all accumulated storage charges and any other incidental costs incurred as at the dated 17th January, 2025 THE KENYA GAZETTE delivery is taken. If the aforesaid motor vehicles are not collected at the expiry of this notice, the same will be sold by public auction without any further reference thereof.
