REGISTRATION

NOTICE is given under the provisions of the Disposal of Uncollected Goods Act (Cap. 38) of the laws of Kenya, to the owners of Land Rover motor vehicle registration No. KYF 604, to collect the said vehicle from the premises of Autopro Garage Limited (formerly JH Auto Garage Limited), Nairobi within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice upon payment of storage charges for the period commencing the 1st February, 2024 up to the date of collection at the rate of KSh. 300 per day time and KSh. 300 per night, interests and costs of publication of this notice, failure to which the said vehicle will be disposed of either by public auction or private treaty without further notice and proceeds will be utilized to defray the storage charges, advertisement and other incidental charges or costs and the shortfall if any will be recovered from the owners through legal proceedings.
