NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 27th November, 2024, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 23, in Volume DI, Folio 321/2794, File No. MMXXIV, by our client Clare Wangari Muthui (guardian), on behalf of Tess Njoki Muthui (minor), of P.O. Box 23137–00100, Nairobi in Kenya, formerly known as Tess Njoki, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of her former name Tess Njoki and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Tess Njoki Muthui for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address her by her assumed name Tess Njoki Muthui only.
