NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated the 18th December, 2024, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 110, in Volume D1, Folio 02/016, File No. MMXXV, by our client, Victor Ondiek Ayumba, of P.O. Box 43123– 00100, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Victor Opondo Ondiek, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of his former name Victor Opondo Ondiek, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Victor Ondiek Ayumba, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address him by his assumed name Victor Ondiek Ayumba only.
