NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 28th March, 2024, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 462, in Volume D1, Folio 352/3077, File No. MMXXIV, by our client, Paul Kirehu Thumbi, of P.O. Box 452– 00902, Kikuyu in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Paul Thumbi Kirehu, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of his former name Paul Thumbi Kirehu and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Paul Kirehu Thumbi, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address him by his assumed name Paul Kirehu Thumbi only.
