IT IS notified for the general information of the public that pursuant to section 8(1) of the Statutory Instruments Act, the Cabinet Secretary for Tourism and Wildlife has prepared a regulatory impact assessment on the impacts and likely impacts of the proposed Tourism (Tourism Enterprises) Regulations, 2025, on Regulations of the Tourism Sector in Kenya. 1. The proposed Regulations is the Tourism Regulatory Authority (Tourism Enterprises) Regulations, 2025. 2. The Proposed Regulations have been developed pursuant to section 122 of the Tourism Act, 2011. Any person likely to be affected by the proposed Regulations may submit a written memorandum on the proposed Regulations within fourteen (14) days from the date of this notice.
