THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

(No. 3 of 2012)

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Jecinta Wandabwa Mutenyo, of P.O. Box 16831– 80100, Mombasa in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor of freehold ownership interest of all that piece of land, known as plot No. 3478/III/MN, containing 0.0248 hectare or thereabouts, situate in the North of Mtwapa, Creek in Kilifi District, registered as C.R. 33132, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said Certificate of title has been lost, and whereas the owner has executed a deed of indemnity in favour of the Government of Kenya, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a provisional certificate of title provided that no objection has been received within that period. I intend to proceed with the registration of the said instrument of indemnity and reconstruct the deed file as provided under section 33(3) of the land registration. Dated the 25th July, 2025. S. N.
