REGISTRATION

WHEREAS (1) Kache Charo Karisa and (2) Jacob Charo Karisa, are the (administrators) to the Estate of Charo Karisa who is the registered proprietor as freehold interest of all that piece of land, known as Kilifi/Mbaraka Chembe/161, situate in Kilifi District, containing 4.6 hectares or thereabout, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said Certificate of title has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a provisional title provided that no objection has been received within that period.
