WHEREAS Brian Ongera Osoro, a director of Symatech Labs Limited, who is the registered proprietor as freehold interest of Apartment No. 1B erected on all that piece of land, known as Kilifi/Takaye Musoloni/944, situate in Kilifi District, containing 0.04 hectare or thereabouts, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said title has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a provisional title provided that no objection has been received within that period.
