REGISTRATION

WHEREAS (1) Moses Mburu Wanyoike and (2) Simon Muthiora Kanyi, both of P.O. Box 57604-00200, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, are registered as proprietors of all that property, known as L.R. No. 11407/1271, situate in South West o Thika Municipality in Thika District, by virtue of a certificate of a title, registered as I.R. 179465, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said certificate of title issued thereof has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a replacement title provided that no objection has been received within that period.
