WHEREAS Jonah Kimngojoi Anuno, of P.O. Box 26, Kapsabet in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor of all that property known as Nandi/Kilibwoni/993,1068, Nandi/Kapsengere/48, Nandi/Kamobo/3542, situate in Nandi County, by virtue of title deeds, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said land title deeds issued thereof has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a replacement titles provided that no objection has been received within that period.
