REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Mwangi Macharia, of P.O. Box 1125-10200, Murang’a, is registered in absolute ownership interest of all that piece of land registered under title No. Loc.13/Gitugi/1907, containing 0.60 hectare or thereabouts, situate in the district of Murang’a, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said land title deed issued thereof has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I intend to dispense with the production of the said title deed, and proceed with the registration of the title deed issued to the said Mwangi Macharia shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
