REGISTRATION

WHEREAS (1) Kavutha Mukamba (ID/9691816), (2) Caroline Ndusya Kitili (ID/13740711) (3) Josphine Syombua Kitili (ID/21151438) and (4) Margaret Kitili (ID/3789143), all of P.O. Box 1-90200, Kitui in the Republic of Kenya, is registered in absolute ownership interest of all that piece of land, containing 6.4 hectares or thereabout, situate in the Kitui County, registered under title No. Mutonguni/Musengo/34, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said land title deed issued thereof has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a new land title deed provided that no objection has been received within that period.
