REGISTRATION

WHEREAS David Mugo Theuri (I/D 1217657), is registered as proprietor in absolute ownership interest of all that piece of land, known as Sosian/Sosian Block 1/6849 and 6857 (Mifugo), and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said land title deed issued has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a new land title deeds provided that no objection has been received within that period.
