REGISTRATION

WHEREAS (1) Zachary Mwangi Muriithi (I/D 10876972), (2) John Nderitu Maina (ID/4199691) and (3) James Njeru Kibaara (ID/0231712), are registered as proprietors in absolute ownership interest of all that piece of land, known as Sipili/Donyoloip Block 2/688 (Mutukanio) Holding in Trust for Sipili Teachers Housing S.H.G, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said land title deed issued thereof has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a new land title deed provided that no objection has been received within that period.
