THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Abisalom Udo Abebe, is registered as proprietor in absolute ownership interest of all that piece of land, known as Kasewe, situate in the Sub-county of Rachuonyo, containing 3.8 hectares or thereabouts, registered under the title No. Kabondo/Kasewe/539, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said land title deed issued thereof has been lost, and whereas all efforts made to locate the said title deed have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a new land title deed provided that no objection has been received within that period.
