REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Fuxin Engineering Limited, of P.O. Box 52612, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor of all that Unit marked Emerald Tower (formerly known as Residential Tower C) erected on parcel of land, known as L.R. No. 209/18648 (Orig. 209/11368/2), situate in the city of Nairobi in the Nairobi Area, by virtue of lease, registered as I.R. 199584/1, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said land register issued thereof has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, the property land register shall be reconstructed under provisions of section 33 (5) of the Act provided that no objection has been received within that period.
