REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Petonian and Company Limited, of P.O. Box 764, Sarit Centre in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor of all that parcel of land, known as L.R. No. 154/8, situate in the city of Nairobi in the Nairobi Area, by virtue of indenture, registered as Vol. N28 Folio 398/7 file 9102, and whereas the land register in respect thereof is lost and efforts made to locate the said land register have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, the property land register shall be reconstructed under provisions of section 33 (5) of the Act provided that no objection has been received within that period.
