THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Bhanumati Pravinchandra Shah, of P.O. Box 99205– 80100, Mombasa in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor in freehold ownership interest of all that piece of land containing 0.0595 hectare or thereabouts, known as Mombasa/Block XI/609, situate in the Mombasa Municipality in the Mombasa District, and whereas the white card in respect thereof is lost/destroyed and whereas the owner has executed a deed of indemnity in favour of the Government of the Republic of Kenya, notice is given that at the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof provided no valid objection has been received within the period, I intend to proceed with the registration of the said instrument of indemnity and reconstruct the deed file as provided under section 33(3) of the Act.
