WHEREAS George Ragogi Akumu (ID/11689175), is registered as proprietor in absolute ownership in all that piece of land, known as Nyaribari Chache/B/B/Boburia/12742, containing 0.34 hectare or thereabouts, situate in Kisii County, and whereas sufficient evidence has been abducted to show that the register hereof has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, the land register shall be reconstructed provided that no objection has been received within that period.
