WHEREAS Winston Alec Jira Tuva (ID/4440421), is registered as proprietor as freehold interest of all that piece of land, containing 4.8 hectares or thereabout, known as plot No. Kilifi/Ngerenyi/609, situate in Kilifi Municipality Kilifi county, and whereas a Court order in case No. MISC/E078/2022, granted that the parcel No. Kilifi/Ngerenyi/609, be sub divided into two equal portions and be registered in the names of Kadhengi Fondo (the Plaintiff) and Winston Jira Tuva, Elisha Gari Tuva (the defendants), whereas you are ordered to surrender the original title for the above parcel Kilifi/Ngerenyi/609, to enable implementation of the court order, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, I intend to cancel the titles on Kilifi/Ngerenyi/609, in the name of Winston Alec Jira Tuva (ID/4440421) and such production of the said title for purposes of registration of the above order will be demed dispensed with.
