REGISTRATION

WHEREAS (1) George Mark Omberoh (ID/9715573), (2) John Alila (ID/7400251) and (2) Geoffrey Kuria Mwitumi (ID/3621971), all of P.O. Box 903, Nakuru in the Republic of Kenya, are registered as proprietors in absolute ownership interest of all that piece of land, containing 0.045 hectare or thereabouts, registered under title No. Miti Mingi/Miti Mingi Block 9/56 (Ndiuni), and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the green card issued thereof has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall open a new green card provided that no objection has been received within that period.
