GAZETTE NOTICE NO. 10259

WHEREAS Danson Njoroge Gathu alias Kanu Gathu (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land, known as title No. Ngenda/Githunguchu/T.240, containing 0.21 acres or thereabouts, situate in the district of Gatundu, and whereas in the Chiefs Magistrate’s Court of Kenya at Gatundu in Succession Cause No. E212 of 2019, has issued grant of letters of administration and certificate of confirmation of grant in favour of (1) John Thiga Njoroge (ID/0988216) and (2) Nyambura Ndungu (ID/7240240), both of P.O. Box 525-01030, Gatundu, and whereas all efforts have been made to recover the land title deed be surrendered to the land registrar for cancellation have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with registration of the said administration letters to (1) John Thiga Njoroge (ID/0988216) and (2) Nyambura Ndungu (ID/7240240), and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Danson Njoroge Gathu alias Kanu Gathu (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
