WHEREAS Loice Wanjiru Njenga (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land known as Rongai/Rongai Block 1/383, situate in the county of Nakuru, and whereas in the Chief Magistrate’s Court at Nakuru in Succession Cause No. E376 of 2023, has issued grant in favour of (1) Mary Ronno, (2) Kessiah Wanjiku Mwaura and (3) John Ngugi Njenga, whereas the said court has executed an application to be registered as proprietor by transmission of L.R.A. 50, and whereas the land title deed in respect of Loice Wanjiru Njenga (deceased), has been reported missing or lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with registration of the said application to be registered as proprietor by transmission of L.R.A. 50 and issue a land title deed to (1) Mary Ronno, (2) Kessiah Wanjiku Mwaura and (3) John Ngugi Njenga, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Loice Wanjiru Njenga (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
