THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Talai arap Keiyo (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land, known as Kapsaret/Kapsaret Block 6 (Kamoson)/57, situate in the county of Uasin Gishu, and whereas the Court in Succession Cause No. 250 of 2019, in the Chief Magistrate’s Court of Kenya, at Eldoret, has issued grant of letters of administration and certificate of confirmation of grant in favour of William Kipkoech Barsambu, and whereas the said land title deed in respect of the said piece of land is lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the registration of the said instruments of transmission of L.R.A. 39 and L.R.A. 42, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Talai arap Keiyo (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
