REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Cheptalam Kipyesang alias Cheptalam arap Yesang (deceased), of P.O. Box 200-30700, Iten in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor of all that parcel of land, known as Irong/Iten/409, situate in the county of Elgeiyo Marakwet, containing 3.0 acres or thereabout, and whereas in the Succession Cause No. E008 of 2025, in the Senior Principal Magistrate’s Court at Iten, has issued grant of letters of administration and certificate of confirmation of grant in favour of Mathew Kimaiyo Kiprono, of P.O. Box 200- 300700, Iten, and whereas the said land title deed in respect of the said piece of land is lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the registration of the said instruments of transmission of L.R.A. 39 and L.R.A. 42, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Cheptalam Kipyesang alias Cheptalam arap Yesang (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
