GAZETTE NOTICE NO. 10266

WHEREAS Michael Nyambok Ochuka alias Nyambok Ochuka (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land, known as Kisumu/Kanyawegi/147, situate in District of Kisumu, and whereas in the Chief Magistrate’s Court at Kisumu in Succession Cause No. E747 of 2021, has issued grant of letters of administration and certificate of confirmation of grant in favour of Nicholas Obonyo Nyambok, and whereas the said land title deed issued earlier to the said Michael Nyambok Ochuka alias Nyambok Ochuka (deceased), has been reported missing or lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the registration of the said instruments of transmission of L.R.A. 39 and L.R.A. 42, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Michael Nyambok Ochuka alias Nyambok Ochuka (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
