THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS (1) Andrew Lango Opiyo, Joshua Oraya and (2) Andrew Lango Opiyo, are registered as proprietors of all that piece of land, containing 0.33 hectare or thereabouts, situate in the county of Kisumu, known as Kisumu/Wawidhi A1/4540, and whereas all efforts made to summon the parties collect evidence and recover the fraudulent certificate of title to be surrendered to the land registrar for cancellation have failed, and whereas there is evidence to show that Mr. Andrew Lango Opiyo, have received the summons and failed to appear, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with cancellation of the said tile deed issued to Mr. Andrew Lango Opiyo and retain (1) Andrew Lango Opiyo, Joshua Oraya and (2) Andrew Lango Opiyo, as the registered owners of the property.
