THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Munene Kamau (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land, situate in the County of Kirinyaga, known as Kabare/Gachigi/210, containing 6.2 acres or thereabout, and whereas the Judge of the Kerugoya High Court in Succession Cause No. E022 of 2021, has issued grant of letters of administration and certificate of confirmation of grant in favour of Lydia Gacanja Munene (ID/9187859), and whereas all efforts made to recover the land title deeds and be surrendered to the land registrar for cancellation have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with registration of the said administration letters to Lydia Gacanja Munene (ID/9187859), and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Munene Kamau (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
