THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Josphat Kabuki Mwangi (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land, known as Marmanet/North/Rumuruti Block 2/347 (Ndurumo), situate in the District of Laikipia, and whereas at High Court of Kenya at Nakuru in Succession Cause No. 196 of 2009, has issued grant of letters of administration and certificate of confirmation of grant in favour of (1) Mary Njeri Kabuki and (2) Paul Mugane Kabuki, and whereas the said (1) Mary Njeri Kabuki and (2) Paul Mugane Kabuki has executed an application to be registered as proprietors by transmission L.R.A. 19, and whereas the land title deeds of the said piece of land are lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the registration of the said instruments of transmission of L.R.A. 19 in the name of (1) Mary Njeri Kabuki and (2) Paul Mugane Kabuki, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Josphat Kabuki Mwangi (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
