THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Norman Chege Wanyanga (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land, known as Kajiado/Kitengela/20484, containing 0.09 hectare or thereabouts, situate in Kajiado county, and whereas at the High Court of Kenya Court at Nairobi, in Succession Cause No. 1310 of 2017, has issued grant of letters of administration and certificate of confirmation of grant in favour of (1) Albert Muthinja Chege and (2) Elizabeth Wairimu, to be registered as administrators, and whereas the said land title deed issued earlier to the said Norman Chege Wanyanga (deceased), has been reported missing or lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with registration of the said instruments, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Norman Chege Wanyanga (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
