THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Kamoye ole Ngusi (deceased), is registered as proprietor in absolute ownership interest of all that piece of land, containing 6.475 hectares or thereabout, known as Kajiado/Kipeto/2206, situate in Kajiado county, and whereas the Chief Magistrate’s Court at Kajiado, in Succession Cause No. E20 of 2025, has issued grant of letters of administration and certificate of confirmation of grant in favour of Moses Lomunyak Ntete, and whereas the said land title deed issued earlier to the said Kamoye ole Ngusi (deceased), has been reported missing or lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with registration of the said instruments of L.R.A. 39, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Kamoye ole Ngusi (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
