THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Agnes Wanjiru Waweru (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land, known as Kwale/Tiwi/1239, situate in the county of Kwale, and whereas in the High Court of Kenya at Mombasa in Succession Cause No. 287 of 2005, has vested property to (1) Hussein ole Shero Baluch and (2) Mustafa Hussein Baluch, and whereas the said land title deed issued earlier to the said Agnes Wanjiru Waweru (deceased), has been reported missing or lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the registration of the said instruments of transmission of L.R.A. 39 and L.R.A. 42, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Agnes Wanjiru Waweru (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
