NOTICE is given pursuant to the provisions of section 49 (1) of the Act that the preparation of the above Plan was on the 4th July, 2025 completed. The Plan relates to land situated within Kapkatet, Bureti Sub- county, Kericho County. Copies of the draft plan have been deposited for public inspection, free of charge at Department of Land, Housing and Physical Planning, Public Works Building and the Bureti Sub-County offices from 8.00 a.m to 5.00 p.m. Any interested person who wishes to make any representation in connection with or objection to the above plan may within sixty (60) days from the date of this publication send the same to The CECM Land, Housing and Physical Planning, P.O.
