MEETING OF CREDITORS
NOTICE is given that a meeting of the creditors of City Taps
Kenya Limited will be convened as follows: Date: 24th July,
2025;Time: 10.30 a.m. EAT.Venue: Physical Meeting - KeMu Hub

Building 5th Floor, Along Koinange Street and/ or Virtual Meeting
Link(To be shared a day before meeting).
Purpose of the Meeting:
(a) To receive and consider the directors’ Statement of Affairs
detailing the company's assets and liabilities.
(b) To acknowledge and approve the commencement of
liquidation as resolved by the shareholders at the
Extraordinary General Meeting held on 4th July, 2025.
(c) To nominate and confirm the appointment of Tom Mungai
Ouma of Nairobi Forensics LLP as Liquidator.
(d) To consider the formation of a Creditors’ Committee (if
deemed necessary).
(e) To transact any other business arising under the Insolvency
Act, 2015.
All creditors are invited to attend in person or by proxy. To be
entitled to attend and vote at the meeting, creditors should have filed
their claims against the company.
You should submit your proofs of debt and particulars of any
security held to the undersigned by the 23rd July, 2025 to facilitate
participation and vote on resolutions to email address below ;

The Liquidator acts on behalf of the company without any personal
liability.
