NOTICE is given pursuant to the provisions of section 5 of the Disposal of Uncollected Goods Act (Cap. 38) laws of Kenya, to Bishop Joel Pauls, the previous tenant and owner of one hundred and fifty (150) plastic chairs to take delivery of the said chairs currently lying at the storage of Muoroto Thuita Investment Limited at Pangani, upon payment of the unremitted Tents and storage charges within thirty (30) days from the date of this publication, failure to which Muoroto Thuita Investment Limited shall proceed to sell the said chairs to recover the unremitted costs and storage charges.
