REGISTRATION

WHEREAS (1) Willington Karisa Balagashi and (2) Isack Peter Kuvunza, as administrators to the estate of Mwinyi Baragashi (deceased), are registered as proprietors in freehold ownership interest of all that piece of land known as Kilifi/Chilulu/503, situate in the Kilifi County, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said land title deed issued thereof has been destroyed, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a new land title deed as provided under section 33 (5) of the Act.
