REGISTRATION

WHEREAS New Apostolic Church, is registered as proprietor in freehold ownership interest of all that piece of land known as Kisumu/Korando/2393, situate in the Kisumu County, by virtue of a certificate of title, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said certificate of title issued thereof has been destroyed, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a replacement title as provided under section 33 (5) of the Act.
